I have no idea why Jacques Rogge would single out Usain Bolt for unsportsmanship. It seems to me track and field has a history of poor sportsmanship. Carl Lewis wasn’t exactly Mr. Sportsman as I recall it.

Track and field athletes in general lack a certain politeness. Ever notice how they never look at the interviewer or camera when they speak? They always look like they need to be somewhere else.

It’s part of the culture and for Rogge to single out Bolt out of the blue is odd.

This coming from an organization with a moral record that is far from pristine.
